The Tunica-Biloxi Tribe has the following departments:
- The IT Department looks for ways to improve technology to better the tribal organization and the technological needs of tribal citizens via various technological initiatives. One, in particular, is the NTIA broadband grant that allows for new devices to be distributed to qualified tribal members. The IT help desk is in full swing and assists with any computer needs that a tribal citizen may have. They also have training in Microsoft Office products such as Excel and are looking to host training classes in the near future. - The Enrollment Department provides assistance to all tribal members who need help enrolling their newborns. Approximately 20-30 new members are enrolled each year.

- The mission of the tribal finance department is to accurately report the financial position of the Tunica-Biloxi Tribe of Louisiana, its departments, programs, and business activities to various constituencies including, tribal members, tribal council members, department/program directors, government agencies, rating agencies, auditors, granters, and others who may have a vested interest in the financial activity and health of the tribe.
- The Tunica-Biloxi Gaming Commission administrates provisions of the Tribal Council Resolution and the Tribal-State Compact for the Conduct of Class III Gaming. The Commission regulates all gaming activities conducted on gaming lands; enforces gaming laws, regulations and ordinances; conducts hearings and meetings; manages daily administrative affairs; liaisons with federal, state and local officials; promulgates regulations and policy; licenses employees, vendors and operations; conducts audits, investigates employees and vendors; and monitors gaming operation.
Health
- The Tunica-Biloxi Health Department strives to professionally and confidentially assist Tribal members with not only healthcare, but with outreach services and diabetes prevention, education and treatment.

- The Tunica-Biloxi Housing Department (TBHD) strives to provide safe, sanitary and affordable housing; decrease homelessness; increase affordable rental housing, and provide homeownership opportunities through the provisions of supportive services and financial assistance programs.

Communications
- The Tunica-Biloxi Communications Department seeks to keep all employees, citizens, and the public (when necessary) updated on information about organizational initiatives, updates, events, and more.

- The Human Resources (HR) department provides personnel, benefits and support services for departments of the Tunica-Biloxi tribal government and its business divisions including the Gaming Commission, MobiLoans and Tunica-Biloxi Financial Services (TBFS). In addition, HR identifies and screens candidates to meet staffing needs for each department.

- The Land Management Department (LMD) serves as liaison between the Tunica-Biloxi Tribe of Louisiana and outside entities regarding surveys, permits and right-of-way for construction of roads, utilities, subdivisions and other projects located on trust land.

- The Tunica-Biloxi Language & Culture Revitalization Program (LCRP) provides a structural support for language and culture education. It strives to maintain a noticeable presence of the language on the reservation and throughout the extended community. The LCRP offices are located in the library at the Cultural & Educational Resources Center (CERC).

- The planning department is responsible for working with the Tribal Council to carry out the tribe’s master plan for the future. The department accomplishes this by applying for grants and funding received through various agencies such as the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Indian Health Service (HIS), Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and other government agencies.

- The mission of the Tunica-Biloxi Tribal Police Department is to enhance the quality of life on the reservation by providing professional police services to the public.

Tribal Employment Rights Ordinances (TERO)
- The primary purpose of the TERO program is to enforce tribally enacted Indian Preference Law to insure that Tunica-Biloxi people gain their rightful share to employment, training, contracting, subcontracting and business opportunities on and near the reservation.

- The Social Services Department acknowledges that families are our most valuable resource. The department envisions a strong family-oriented society that is achieved through youth and family programs, relationship building and healthy lifestyles. The department manages three different programs: Case Management, Elder Transportation and gym and fitness center.

Public Health
- The Tunica-Biloxi Public Health Department’s primary mission is for the safety of all Tunica-Biloxi members, guests, and employees while on reservation property or while visiting Paragon Casino Resort and surrounding property. The department’s main focus is to protect the Tribe’s integrity and maintain a high quality of life for all by providing services such as water quality control, ensuring that OSHA is always adhered to, executing routine safety and health inspections, and managing emergency preparedness strategies.

Tribal Historic Preservation Office
- Strives to guarantee compliance with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act. All federal agencies must consider the effects of their actions on historic properties, which include properties that may have religious, cultural, or historic significance to Indian tribes. The Tunica-Biloxi Tribe of Louisiana’s Tribal Historic Preservation Office reviews all Federal undertakings that occur on the Tribe’s current Lands and on the Tribe’s Historic Lands.
